Upon release from prison many male adults have no home to return to.

Indiana Dream Team is a long-term, faith based program that helps men break the cycle of crime and addition. The dedicated IDT staff and volunteers are here to help men through their court sentencing and provide a safe home for them to grow into an upstanding citizen, breaking the cycle of crime and addiction. IDT gives men hope, enabling them to find a vital relationship with Jesus Christ and restore broken relationships in their personal lives.

It is our goal to surround the men that come into our home with encouragement by getting to know each ones' strengths and weaknesses, both physically and spiritually . By working through the root causes of addictions in each of their hearts, they may come to find redemption through Jesus Christ.

Founders, Eric and Donna Lashbrook started IDt in 2004, after 12 years of serving as youth leaders and working with various youth organizations across the United States and in Haiti. Eric and Donna saw the devastation that drugs were taking on their hometown . God gave them a vision, and Eric and Donna set out to help young men through the court system suffering from drug addiction.

They built a home for these men to grow into the persons God called them to be - breaking the cycle of crime, courts, and detention. They have led many young men and women to find a life of freedom, both physically and spiritually, through Jesus Christ. After more than 30 years in full time ministry, Eric and Donna chose to step down in 2020 and have since retired.

In 2019, I was in Morgan County jail after years of addiction and crime. It was then that I gave my life to the Lord. Shortly after I was accepted into the IDt program and spend the next 36 months learning how to live a healthy, stable lifestyle. Since graduating IDt in December 2022, I have married the love of my life, maintained a stable job, became a homeowner, and now expecting my first child in February 2024. I am grateful to be more than four years sober. I owe my success to the Lord and to IDt. I do not think I would be half the man I am today if I had not gone to IDt. It truly save my life.
